It is October and we are officially into autumn and all the pumpkin vibes! Our household is one that eats pumpkin year round…yep! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin coffee, pumpkin pasta…

Bubba Gump ain’t got nothing on the ways I can cook pumpkin!

Anyways, you get the point. My husband has a sweet tooth. As in, he must have something sugary and chock full of carbs for breakfast, for snacks, and for dessert. Hostess Mini Donuts are a staple for him and despite my best efforts to recreate them at home, I simply cannot match the (low) quality texture and taste. So, I’m on a mission to make something fresh every week to keep him eating good, homemade food (albeit sugary) instead of store bought crud.

Enter-our love for pumpkin.

Cinnamon rolls are a favorite of mine! The possibilities are endless when it comes to adding different fillings, fruits, and frostings. This recipe can certainly be adapted to be plain ol’ cinnamon rolls or swap the pumpkin for apple pie filling, or even swap the cinnamon altogether and go for some garlic butter and cheese! But for now, I present to you, Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting.

I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! If you try it or have any questions about it, let me know in the comments!

God bless ya,

Kristen
